In case a person cancels reservations close to the date of entrance, fares may be refunded fully or in part in accordance with the categories of 「Consumer Basic Law」 and 「Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards」, in accordance with the following clauses.
① In case that the reservation is canceled up to 3 days before the date of use: Full Refund
② In case that the reservation is canceled up to 2 days before use: Refund after 10% deduction of Fare
③ In case that the reservation canceled up to 1 day before use: Refund after 20% deduction of Fare
④ In case that the reservation is canceled on the day of entrance or No Show: Refund after 30% deduction of Fare
⑤ When the facility cannot be used due to natural disasters etc.: Full Refund
For those who cancel reservations, the company must give refundd within 10 days (excluding holidays). However, in case of credit card payment, the refund schedule will follow the regulations of the card company.
