• The regulations and policies of entry/exits are as follows.

• [ How to enter ]
• (1) We recommend to confirm the reservation details at the information desk 10 minutes before start time, wait at the waiting space 5 minutes before.
• (2) Children under elementary school age are required to be guided by a guardian so that they do not run around in the experience hall. Autonomous view is available during the waiting time at the disaster relief hall on the 1st floor.
• (3) Because Children over 3 and under 5 only can enter the children safety village on the first floor, guardians must wait at the amenities during experience time. However, in case of group, the entry of teacher is allowed.
• (4) Elementary school students and above can enter the 2nd and 3rd floor, when accompanied by guardians, the admission is restricted to children over 3 only for the safety and experience progress.

• [ How to exit ]
• (1) For all the experience programs, belongings and number of persons are checked in at the lobby on the first floor under the supervision of an instructor, exit is allowed after the experience ends.
• (2) If you don’t want to continue the experience program before the program or during, due to health and personal circumstance, inform the operational instructor for provisional exit.
